I'm at my best on 0-to-1 products with real constraints, like legal compliance, several kinds of users and a lot of moving parts, where the job is to make something complicated feel obvious. I lead with clear communication and honest feedback, and I think the best solutions come from people with different perspectives solving a problem together.
